Complete Design Plan
This service includes the entire comprehensive design process, then allows clients to manage implementation on their own. Every element in the space is considered and included, from furnishings and finishes to lighting and accessories. As with Full Service Design, material samples, renderings, a shoppable product catalog, and detailed design drawings are included. Technical floor plans and elevations provide clear instructions, ensuring the design can be communicated and executed with precision. Clients receive all the benefits of our design expertise while managing tradespeople, procurement, installation, and styling on their own.

Design Plan Express
This service is an abbreviated version of the Complete Design Plan, with a focus on creating the ideal room layout and sourcing key furnishings, fixtures, and finishes with a quick turnaround. It includes a three-hour live design session, space planning, mockups, a to-scale floor plan with placement dimensions, and a curated product catalog with shoppable links of all the design selections. Materials are delivered within days, along with a period of email support to answer questions as the design is brought together. Clients handle measurements, ordering, coordination of trades, and installation independently.
Design Plan Express is a fully remote service.

Every project at Fox + Design follows our signature process, tailored to the level of service you select.
Full Service clients are guided seamlessly through all four phases, from concept to final styling. Complete Design Plan clients experience the full depth of phases 1 and 2, with a clear roadmap to implement the rest on their own. Design Plan Express clients move through an abbreviated version of phases 1 and 2, concentrating on essential specifications and foundational drawings. Here’s a closer look at each phase of our signature process.
PHASE ONE
Schematic Design
We begin with a site survey to gather measurements and document key elements in your space. Existing plans are drafted. We fine tune the budget, scope, and vision for your project. Finally, we present you with layout plans and feedback boards to uncover your aesthetic and lifestyle goals.

PHASE TWO
Design Development
We continue to develop and finalize your comprehensive design. Floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations are created using the products and finishes that we have selected. You have the opportunity to review and approve all specifications. Our team works closely with you to ensure every detail aligns with your vision, resulting in a roadmap for the implementation of your dream space.
PHASE THREE
Construction Documents
We begin to execute your design plan by focusing on procurement and onboarding trades. We develop our drawings into construction documents to guide the bid process and installations. A receiver is onboarded, quotes are requested from all vendors, and a final project budget is determined. Orders are placed for all furnishings.

PHASE FOUR
Construction Administration
By this point, all furnishings have been ordered and all trades have been onboarded. Our team manages product tracking, delivery, and resolves damage claims. We coordinate with you and the trades for construction and installations, then provide oversight of the work. Finally, we add the finishing touches with styling to complete your dream space.
